Store Policy.

We accept cash, card and eft with proof of payment. 

30% non refundable deposit  is required to secure your animal. 

All clients will be required to agree to our store policies, terms and conditions, Before any business is conducted.  

Should a animal that you have bought from us. 

Pass away within the first 2 weeks of collection. 

We will do our best to help find what the reason is. 

We would like a full autopsy report as to it being our fault that the snake had passed.

Also we will try our best to help find a solution if it is Proven with a Autopsy by a registered vet that it is the breeders fault.

We will help were possible with advice and care sheets if need be.

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and eating before leaving our care.

Any payments plans will have a contract that has to be signed by both parties. No payment plans for animals under R2000. Please contact if you want to purchase any animals on payment plans. We can discuss the terms and conditions of the payment plans.

We currently do not ship out of Gauteng. You are welcome to collect in Brakpan at our facility.
